Dismantlement is the central concept that inspires Matt Daly’s work. De:struct is an expression of the narrative surrounding institutional change by way of dismantling imposed structures. For better or worse, what remains will always serve as the foundation for what is to come. This process is cyclical and each time it occurs, history is made. It layers on what came before it and sets the direction for what is to come.
